《中國風景名勝》最後一集帶大家飽覽有世外桃源之稱的香格里拉。那裡擁有一望無際的大平原，碧海連天的奇景，更有高達五千米的瀑布，長江、湄公河、怒江盡收其底下。當地人還有一首歌謠，指湖泊內藏有珠寶，是否真有其事？
Within China's largest valley area, newly renamed Shangri-la, three great rivers, the Yangtse, Mekong and Salween, flow in parallel between 5,000m mountain plateaus. Bountiful nature includes snow-capped mountains and glaciers in between a 6,000m vertical drop, lakes hidden like jewels in the innermost recesses of a great canyon and primordial forests. 《中國風景名勝》播出以來，坊間的反應都是「嘩嘩嘩！」。當然，日本NHK電視台拍攝這部紀錄片時，耗了不少時間，在中國當地捕捉景色最迷人的一刻。今次，攝製隊走訪位於吉林省東南部的長白山，當地除了有知名的長白山野生人參外，大家一定要到長白山主峰頂部的天池、鴨綠江、谷底森林、地下河等地參觀，才不枉此行。
Pristine Mount Changbai and its surrounding area have been considered sacred since ancient times. During winter, one can witness a whiteout arising from abundant hot springs everywhere and hear the rumble of Changbai Falls beneath its frozen surface. In summer, beautiful alpine plants dot the upper mountain areas, while primeval forests fill the deep cracks formed by lava flows. In autumn, the panorama of Tianchi Lake, a "heavenly pool" said to reach the ocean, materializes. Forest and water unite to create the mysterious phenomenon and scenic nature of Changbaishan. |

張家界以山水美境聞名於世，由日本NHK電視台製作的中國風景名勝帶觀衆體會張家界四季多變的迷人景色。紫色杜鵑花樹為寒冷的冬天增添一份色彩；在秋天更是百花齊放，色彩繽紛。炎熱的夏天有周圍的湖水，河水和瀑布降溫；秋天的一片菊花田景色則令人心怒花放。怡人的景色加上獨特的風土人情，張家界實在是一個世外桃源！
Amid a backdrop of lush forests and craggy peaks, Zhangjiajie offers a treasure trove of plants abloom year-round. Plum tress or purple azaleas in winter are followed by the colorful flurry of over 3,000 types of plants blossoming at once in spring. Lakes, streams and waterfalls cool the heat of summer and give life to Davidia, or “Dove” trees. In autumn, yellow chrysanthemums blanket the entire area. Enter a rare and multi-hued world that is also home to an ethnic minority group with intriguing traditions. |
