《地球很美有賴你》"HOME"
「世界環保日」全球同步上映
《地球很美有賴你》(HOME) 將於今年6月5日「世界環保日」全球同步上映。明珠台榮獲《地》片於本地電視頻道的獨家播映權，將聯同全球多個地區的不同媒體，於6月5日同步播出節目，讓香港觀眾免費欣賞，並齊心參與這項有意義的活動。
6月5日晚上8:30，一連兩個小時明珠台播放的版本設有英、粵雙語選擇，由格蘭高絲(Glenn Close)及陳志雲分別擔任英語及粵語旁述，並加配中文字幕。
攝影寶典《空中看地球》作者、法國著名平面攝影師恩亞祖貝特杭，遇上了電影奇才洛比桑，將美不勝收的世界光影搬上了大銀幕；花了15年時間籌備，在1年半時間內走訪54個國家、120個地區取景，總拍攝時間加在一起等於217天。影片將提供14種語言版本，在超過87個國家同步公映。
《地球很美有賴你》可說是《空中看地球》的電影版，恩亞祖貝特杭花了15年時間籌備，走訪54個國家拍攝，由澳洲海底的大堡礁到非洲肯亞高原的乞力馬扎羅山；亞瑪遜熱帶雨林到戈壁沙漠；美國德薩斯州連綿不斷的棉花田到中國上海的工業城鎮。
本著一盡關注環保的地球公民責任，洛比桑大力支持恩亞祖完成《地》片，決定不計成本、全力協助，並爭取該片在「世界環保日」全球同步上映，希望公映當天的24小時，可以讓1、2億，甚至多達5億人，同時觀看到《地》片。
《地球很美有賴你》乃首套百分之百全景高空攝影的電影，能令觀眾像翱翔天際的雀鳥般，於雲上俯瞰地球各處瑰麗地貌。在全程使用直昇機在上空盤旋拍攝的情況下，全靠一群攝影經驗老到的工作人員傾力克服因直昇機的狹隘空間而帶來的重大挑戰。除此之外，攝製隊亦要和「時間」競賽，更遇上不少與外國交涉的問題。
製作人無懼一切困難，目的只有一個：希望透過如詩如畫的美景喚醒世人，樂觀地珍視我們仍然保有的50%雨林，而非只著眼那失去的一半；更重要是地球60億人類都應該醒覺，我們的責任所在…

More than a movie, HOME will be a major event all over the globe: for the first time ever, a film will be released on the same day in over 50 countries.
As the exclusive TV broadcaster in Hong Kong, TVB Pearl is proud to present the programme at 8:30pm on June 5, World Environment Day, with English and Chinese narration (by Glenn Close and Stephen Chan respectively) and Chinese subtitling.
Directed by renowned Yann Arthus-Bertrand and produced by Luc Besson, HOME delivered the most beautiful and unseen landscapes of our planet captured from the above, and an objective, sincere and unbiased tribute feature to our plant. With a preparation period of up to 15 years, the production team visited 54 countries and 120 locations in one and a half year, accumulating a total shooting time of 217 days. The documentary feature will be shown in 14 languages in over 87 countries.
As the first-ever movie filming from the above, this travel book will lead us round-the-world to the most astonishing, but also wounded, landscapes, provoking an intense emotion, as a wonderful, breathtaking and unforgettable journey from the depth of the Australian coral reef to the top of the Kilimanjaro mountains, from the Amazonian forest to the desert of Gobi, from the cotton fields of Texas to the industrialized city of Shanghai… and far beyond.
But also evidencing a concrete view of the challenges our Planet has to face for a sustainable development: global warming, deforestation, the loss of biodiversity and the resources exhaustions, but also such positive developments as an increasing democracy, that of our incomes, the raise of our life expectancy and the progress of education. All our actions will have a consequence… just as a boomerang.
