Carter Verone (Cole Hauser) is a flashy Miami businessman who uses his import/export business as a cover for an international money-laundering cartel. The FBI and Customs agents have had Verone under intense surveillance for over a year with nothing more to show for it than the kingpin's link to illegal street racing. With time running out, officials turn to ex-cop Brian O’Connor (Paul Walker) and ex-con Roman Pearce (Tyrese) to redeem themselves by going undercover as street racers to transport a shipment of “dirty” money for Verone. Produced by Neal Moritz, and directed by John Singleton, this fast-paced adventure, along with a new line-up of dazzling high performance vehicles proves to be even better than the pre-quel.

故事承接上一集，臥底警員拜仁雖然搗破犯罪集團，最後卻因為故意放走罪犯而被革職。正當一向自視甚高的拜仁躊躇前路的時候，邁亞密警方專程到來邀請拜仁協助混入非法賽車界，並調查熱愛街頭賽車的洗黑錢集團首領卡達。拜仁以為這次可以將功補過，遂與死黨兼釋囚羅曼聯手，希望憑著二絕好的飛車技術，加入卡達旗下組織以搜集犯罪證據。調查期間，拜仁發現原來除了他們以外，卡達身邊還有一位警方女臥底蒙妮卡。三位臥底最後能否裡應外合，將卡達繩之於法？ |
